Job summary

UNICEF in New York is seeking a Generation Unlimited Partnership Ecosystem and Executive Communications Lead Consultant to drive executive communications and ecosystem-wide social media campaigns. You will craft high-impact content and align messaging across public-private-youth partnerships.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, produce strategic articles and reports, and lead global campaigns to highlight youth skilling and livelihoods. This is a senior consultant role with global reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of communications for multisectoral partnerships (public-private-youth partnerships).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to support the GenU partnership ecosystem.
• Craft and deliver executive-level communications for senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Lead creation and amplification of global social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
• Produce high-quality content such as articles, reports, and multimedia assets showcasing partnerships impact.
• Manage the narrative and messaging across the GenU ecosystem for consistency and coherence.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and stories.
• Monitor campaign performance and report outcomes to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the Communication Manager and internal teams for integrated efforts.
