Job summary

Goodwall is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to drive multi-million-dollar partnerships and expand relationships with Fortune 500s, foundations and public sector organisations. This senior role offers significant autonomy in a lean team and a chance to shape how partnerships are built and scaled across markets.

You will own the pipeline, negotiate contracts, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke programs that create real impact for global youth participants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships or business development.
• Experience selling into CSR, sustainability, HR/talent or foundations.
• Proven ability to close multi-million-dollar partnerships.
