Job summary

Incyte is seeking a Director of Partner Markets Business Operations to shape international forecasting, planning and governance across multiple regions. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance to enable sustainable growth and successful launches.

The role requires strong international business experience, strategic analytics, and the ability to influence across senior levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry in international business, commercial operations, business planning or strategic operations.
• Strong forecasting, business planning or commercial analytics expertise across multiple markets.
• Experience supporting international product launches and pipeline planning.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across global organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• International mindset with experience collaborating across diverse cultures and healthcare systems.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic and Operational Forecasting for Partner Markets Business.
• Develop and manage advanced forecasting capability, consolidating partner forecasts and orders for planning.
• Develop analytical and reporting capabilities to monitor in-market, to-market, and partner inventory levels.
• Integrate regulatory and market access milestones into forecasting processes.
• Lead long-range and strategic forecasting for in-line and pipeline products with Partner Directors.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between internal stakeholders and partners to manage forecasts and plans.
