Job summary

HP, Inc. in the United States is seeking a seasoned partner marketing leader to drive alliance strategies with technology brands. You will shape messaging, develop compelling campaigns, and align cross‑functional teams to accelerate GTM initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Alliance Marketing, PS, you will work with a global team to translate partnerships with Microsoft, Intel, Google, and others into revenue growth and differentiated market positioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in B2C and B2B marketing roles.
• Experience with or strong curiosity about AI applications in marketing.
• Ability to cut through silos and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Creative, persuasive, and relationship‑oriented with partners.
• Experience guiding GTM strategies across large teams.

Responsibilities

• Help craft and execute a partner marketing strategy with strong messaging.
• Drive GTM alignment and remove barriers across org silos.
• Develop assets outlining value proposition and messaging for partners.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver differentiated market positioning.
• Prove concepts to expand partnership opportunities and mutual benefit.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to manage budgets and support revenue growth.
