Job summary

SureSkills is seeking an experienced Partner Learning Specialist to support Google Cloud Partner Learning Services across LATAM and US. You will coordinate operational delivery, work with regional teams, instructors and partners to ensure programmes are planned, launched and supported.

You will collaborate with Learning Program Managers, Content and Enablement teams, and external training partners to ensure successful delivery, tracking and reporting in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Learning Operations or related roles.
• Experience supporting learning or enablement programmes in tech or global organisations.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across multiple programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience maintaining programme trackers and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational execution of virtual instructor-led training programmes for Google Cloud partners across regions.
• Coordinate with Learning Program Managers to operationalise regional learning programmes.
• Assist Content and Technical Enablement teams with launches of new trainings and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external training partners, instructors and mentors to support delivery.
• Manage instructor communications, session logistics and programme documentation.
• Maintain learner registrations, communications and pre-work requirements.
• Contribute to programme evaluation via surveys and data.
