We’re looking to add a Global Outbound P&C Account Executive to our east coast team! This role is responsible for designing and delivering complex multinational insurance programs while leading strategy for new business and renewals across a diverse global client base. The role partners closely with internal teams and international brokers to ensure seamless execution, compliance, and exceptional client service. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsibility for design and implementation of Foreign and Multinational Programs and Controlled Master Programs
    • Independently and collaboratively determines a suitable timeline and strategy for new business and renewals, including data collection, submission, quote reviews, presentation, binding, invoicing, payment tracking, and execution of programs of small and large scope.
    • Provide direction to Account Manager to perform assigned tasks for successful marketing and program implantation.
    • Ultimately responsible for ensuring all account servicing activities by foreign brokers are performed completely, correctly and in a compliant manner.
  • Coordinates strategy meetings and participates in internal strategy sessions, client account review meetings, marketing meetings, and/or client proposal presentations.
  • Ensure that for all account assigned, premiums, fees, and commissions are verified and reconciled. Prepare revenue statements for internal and external use as required.
  • Responsibility for designing and completing client deliverables such as Global Risk Insurance Manuals and foreign policy digests on specified accounts.
  • Provides input in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures, as well as operating and strategic plans within area of specialty.
  • Manages the Global Account Manager to input client data in the account management systems of both IMA and external partners as needed.
  • Manages Global Account Manager regarding the account review, information tracking, file documentation, and maintenance of workflow standards
  • Responds to and finalizes Requests For Proposal (RFPs), due diligence reviews, program reviews, compliance assessments as requested by producers and client teams.
  • Is proficient in researching and communicating insurance industry trends, product development, and regulatory positions internationally.
  • Assists Global P&C Product Specialty leaders in training and mentoring of IMA associates, and developing and executing team projects and initiatives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • 5 to 10 years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Attains and/or maintains professional license: Property & Casualty Insurance License for your state of residence within first 30‑90 days of hire
  • Proficiency with MS Office products required (specifically Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Moderate travel required (possibly over 20%)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and insurance interpretation skills
  • Negotiation and presentation skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Formal professional designation within the insurance industry (or relevant related industry) preferred (e.g. ARM, CPCU, CIC, etc.)
  • Intermediate EPIC Applied Systems experience
  • Experience using Indio
  • Foreign language proficiency and/or experience living abroad a plus
  • Ability to speak, read, or deliver a presentation in another language besides English is a plus. Fluency in a foreign language is a strong plus.

Salary Range: $120,000 USD – $150,000 USD
