Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced OT Security Technical Lead to design, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity controls across its global OT environments, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS.

You will partner with regional IT, plant personnel, and the Global Security Team to protect production and safety while aligning with Crown standards. The role requires deep OT security expertise, architectural leadership, and hands-on implementation across multi-site manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OT/ICS engineering, industrial automation, cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience designing and/or implementing security controls for OT/ICS.
• Strong understanding of OT networks, protocols and security controls.
• Experience leading large-scale OT security projects with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, PERA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security controls for OT assets (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, DCS).
• Lead technical implementation of OT security solutions; define standard processes.
• Act as SME for OT security solutions and governance.
• Identify OT security configuration issues and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain inventories of OT assets and assist in incident response.
• Perform vulnerability assessments for OT systems and plan remediation.
