Job summary

You will serve as the primary liaison with executive leadership, communicating priorities, removing obstacles, and enabling Senior Managers and teams to lead and execute with excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of related work experience, preferred.
• Central Office location in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Translates organizational vision into clear strategic intent.
• Establishes and maintains shared leadership rhythms.
• Ensures integration across strategy, systems, and spiritual formation.
• Monitors regional patterns to identify risk or misalignment.
• Builds external relationships with Lifeshape, similar ministries, and churches domestically.
