Qualifications

• 10+ years Oracle Financials consulting experience including Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Project Costing.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS principles and strong accounting background.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working with global teams and coordinating offshore delivery resources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver Oracle Financial solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor between business users, technical teams, and offshore resources.
• Lead requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and testing activities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financial applications.
• Support month‑end close, reconciliations, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Projects, Contracts, Treasury, and Banking teams for integrated processes.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Support UAT, training, change management and go‑live activities.
