Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑wide Operational Excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma transformations delivering sustainable results.
• Lean Sensei, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of the OpEx framework and strategy to support business objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive global and site improvement opportunities that enhance value and reduce waste using Lean methods.
• Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional improvement projects from opportunity to sustainability, delivering measurable results.
• Coach and develop OpEx leaders, enabling teams to independently drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to align projects with corporate objectives and KPIs.
