Job summary

UBS is offering a 10-week paid summer internship in the Regional President’s Office, Chief Operating Office, based in Raleigh, NC. You will join a diverse team to work on business management projects, learn risk monitoring, and help enhance risk systems.

Mentors will guide you and opportunities may lead to a Graduate Talent Program. Ideal candidates graduate between December 2027 and June 2028, with a 3.2+ GPA, and a passion for numbers, data, and AI-driven improvements in a financial services

Qualifications

Graduation between December 2027 and June 2028
GPA 3.2 or above
Organized and creative with a flair for numbers and data

Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
Motivated to work in a high-demand, deadline-driven business
Evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes

Responsibilities

Work on various business management projects across teams, including planning, organizing, controlling and developing strategies for the division
Learn about and monitor known risks and identify unknown risks
Drive continuous improvement of risk-related systems and ensure risk framework aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements
Leverage AI tools within risk management platforms to improve efficiency
Assist in changes as part of integration and support business transformation
