Job summary

Haddad Organization Ltd. in New York seeks an International Operations Manager to oversee global merchandising and operations to boost sales and profitability in the area.

You will own the global calendar, GTM process, and seasonal assortments, coordinating with Planning, Sales and Calendar teams to drive cross-functional alignment and successful product launches across 100+ markets. Consistent in-office presence is required to maintain brand standards and direct collaboration with partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Fashion Merchandising, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years in planning, operations or analysis.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own the Global sample process, recaps, tracking, and allocation. Train team on the new system.
• Own the creation and distribution of the Global calendar, working closely with the Calendar team to obtain information and ensure accuracy
• Drive ownership of key calendar deliverables through clear and consistent cross functional communication
• Own the GTM process end-to-end across preparation and execution
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of seasonal directed assortments
• Communicate updates to the team on overall sample status and delivery prior to GTM
• Run seasonal postmortem analysis to drive buys of purchasing to achieve sales goals
• Partner with Planning and Sales teams to gather all relevant data for meetings with accounts and participate in meetings as appropriate
• Continue to elevate GTM and its process and outcome
• Special projects as needed
