Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Knowledge of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• 10+ years of management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate financial activities supporting CRM operations, quality, and supply chain.
• Plan and forecast CRM operations, manage calendar and deliverables.
• Oversee CRM inventory and capital spending.
• Support freight and distribution financials for ACN units.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and governance.
• Hire, train, and develop the finance team.
• Prepare annual operating plans, LBEs, and OEM.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and report drivers.
• Provide FP&A for divisional ops groups and ad hoc items.
• Drive cost control, efficiencies, and margin improvement; explore AI-enabled workflows.
