Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate CRM operations finance across global teams.
• Forecast and manage CRM financial calendar and deliverables.
• Oversee inventory and capital for CRM divisions.
• Support freight and distribution financials for ACN.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and governance.
• Hire and develop a high-performing operations finance team.
• Develop annual Operating Plans and annual OEM.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate drivers.
• Drive cost controls and margin improvements; enable AI workflows.
