Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in manufacturing management (electronics or mechanical preferred).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global manufacturing operations across multiple sites and ensure ISO compliance.
• Oversee new product introductions from concept to full-scale production and standardize processes.
• Forecast, plan and execute capacity and expansion initiatives; manage capital projects.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, and drive cost reduction and efficiency across the network.
• Define and monitor KPIs (quality, delivery, productivity) and report to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer and business needs and maintain audit readiness.
