Qualifications

• Five+ years of operational risk management experience in asset management or banking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Hands-on with risk frameworks, risk appetite development, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage, embed, and monitor the operational risk framework across products, strategies, and governance.
• Identify, investigate, and analyze operational risk events with root-cause analysis.
• Detect patterns to inform proactive risk management strategies.
• Monitor external loss events and conduct
• Lead deep-dive reviews on incidents and update leadership on progress.
• Identify process weaknesses and coordinate with owners for timely resolution.
• Conduct risk and control self-assessments across units and functions.
• Support administration of group-wide operational risk tools and reporting.
