DuPont seeks an Operating System Leader to shape and scale the DuPont Business System across global operations. You will build foundational tools, drive standardized practices, and lead a worldwide network of instructors to accelerate adoption.

The role requires 15+ years in operational excellence, deep Lean/Kaizen experience, and a proven record delivering measurable improvements. Travel ~30% and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years driving operational excellence in industrial or B2B environments.
• Direct experience in Manufacturing Operations.
• Deep expertise in Lean and Kaizen methodologies and leading improvement events.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business results through transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy foundational tools and management systems for the DuPont Business System.
• Lead the evolution of standard methods like Policy Deployment, Value Stream Mapping and problem solving.
• Design certification programs and learning pathways for the Business System.
• Create global instructor network to scale capability and adoption.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to embed the system enterprise-wide.
• Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to improve core KPIs.
• Drive data-driven performance management and Monthly Operating Reviews.
