Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and drug development processes.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage site selection, feasibility, enrollment, monitoring, and closeout.
• Partner with CROs for trial execution, data quality, and compliance.
• Develop and review trial documentation (e.g., ICFs, CRFs, plans).
• Oversee site performance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.
• Mentor team members and ensure inspection readiness.
