Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Study Manager (Oncology)/Sr PM for sponsor-dedicated programs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This is a remote role based in Spain, with up to 25% travel, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex oncology studies on time and within budget.

You will ensure GCP/ICH compliance, manage study plans, risk and issue logs, and maintain strong client relationships from proposal through closeout.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in CRO environments and therapeutic areas related to oncology preferred.
• Proven ability to manage time, work independently, and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical research programs to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Act as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout per contracts.
• Coordinate activities of conduct partners and proactively identify and manage issues.
• Maintain project information in databases and tracking tools; prepare management reports.
