Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Study Manager (Oncology) / Senior PM for sponsor-dedicated projects across EMEA. You will lead interdisciplinary clinical programs, ensure GCP compliance, and manage timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.

You will act as primary liaison with clients, develop project plans, mentor junior staff, and drive delivery from proposal to final deliverables. Travel about 25% required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CROs and therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Manages a project as Project Manager overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research programs ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), relevant SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to the Customer’s and the Company’s contractual agreement.
• Leads clinical team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Accountable for the financial performance of assigned projects.
• Accountable for all project deliverables for assigned projects and/or project regions.
• Coordinates activities and deliverables of all project conduct partners and proactively identifies and manages issues.
