Lead and develop Senior Global Clinical Operations Program Directors.
Forecast and manage cross-portfolio resourcing and budgets.
Embed governance and drive cross-functional improvements.
Manage external partnerships and expand customer interfaces.
Escalate and mitigate program risks across the portfolio.
