Job summary

AbbVie seeks a seasoned international market access and pricing professional to shape global pricing strategy, value narratives, and payer materials for Venetoclax indications and upcoming launches.

You will collaborate with Area and Affiliate teams to develop access strategies, update global materials, and support pricing decisions across EU5, CAN, JPN, AUS, BRA while managing VAT initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years in biotech/pharma and/or payer roles.
• Strong interest in clinical and health economic data.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership across divisions.
• Leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Address pricing, reimbursement, and access across international markets including EU5, CAN, JPN, AUS, BRA.
• Co-lead Value and Access Team (VAT) with VAT development and market insights.
• Update global access materials (IAS, value propositions, payer objections).
• Collaborate with Pricing, HTA Strategy, GHEOR, and other functions to understand payer landscapes.
• Lead project management for purchasing support and documentation per procedures.
