Sanofi is seeking a Global Oncology Market Access Junior Project Specialist (VIE) to support market access and pricing initiatives in a prelaunch and inline context. The role involves coordinating with global leads and regional partners on strategy, payer landscape analysis, value communication, and pricing analytics.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in a related field, with fluent English.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (written & verbal).
  • Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business, Health Economics, Policy or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Inform and shape strategies of prelaunch or inline products with respect to market access and pricing.
  • Support the Team Lead in development of strategic deliverables for pipeline and prelaunch products (e.g., landscape assessment, value proposition, pricing).
  • Assist in pricing analysis and market access strategy development.
  • Coordinate with countries and internal teams for input and governance on price and access strategies.
  • Facilitate monthly country calls and cross-functional meetings.

About The Job

As Global Oncology Market Access Junior Project Specialist VIE within our Global Market Access & Pricing team, you’ll support the Global Oncology Market Access and Pricing Leads on a broad range of strategic projects and operational activities for various oncologic assets, and other team members for specific projects.

The scope will include pre-launch planning/preparation & project management for either a) Sanofi's early oncology pipeline and oncology access policy workstreams, or b) Sarclisa lifecycle management; in addition to operational responsibilities and other department assignments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inform and shape strategies of prelaunch or inline products in scope with respect to market access and pricing relevant aspects.
  • Support the Global Market Access and Pricing Team Lead in development of relevant strategic deliverables for pipeline and prelaunch products, such as:
    • Treatment and payer landscape assessment.
    • Value proposition and value communication tools, negotiation guide, country training programs, etc.
    • Market access strategy development.
    • Pricing analysis.
  • Support local access, pricing and reimbursement activities as per global strategy including organizing and steering governance for internal approval of country price and access strategies in close collaboration with Sanofi Catalyst Team.
  • Liaise with countries and other matrix partners - Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA, Clinical Development, NPP, Regulatory, Market Access and Pricing, Commercial, Regulatory for requests, queries, analyses and consolidated input.
  • Foster information sharing including best practices.
  • Coordination and management of monthly country calls, Global Managed Access Program (GMAP)/HEVA reccurring meetings, country communications, planning and facilitation of summits, training and workshops.
