The position requires 5+ years in program management within pharma, strong leadership, and expertise in dashboards, data visualization, and AI-driven planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program management and industry operational experience (business, marketing, supply chain or product management).
• Experience leading pre-launch and post-launch planning, integrated roadmaps, or portfolio management in a global environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical Commercial organization; oncology experience preferred.
• Strong command of program management platforms, dashboards, and automation-enabled planning solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience building AI literacy and enabling responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and implementation of integrated global launch plans, governance, and operating processes across key Launch Brands.
• Set launch planning standards and embed portfolio best practices across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
• Enable cross-functional teams in identifying interdependencies, risks, and acceleration opportunities; establish mitigation plans.
• Drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to advance readiness capabilities and metrics.
• Partner with Global leaders to align global-to-regional launch deliverables and readiness expectations.
• Support projects related to above-brand oncology initiatives and cross-portfolio opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvements in GCSO commercial operations with scalable solutions.
