Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO with clinical development and regulatory experience.
• Proven leadership in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in oncology and drug development.
• Experience designing and overseeing phase 1–3 trials and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as medical accountability and oversight for oncology trials within the Drug Development organization.
• Supervise trial development, monitoring, analysis and regulatory submission components.
• Contribute to disease strategy and provide clinical insights for program decisions.
• Provide medical and scientific expertise to cross-functional colleagues; manage internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead safety monitoring, data review, and medical education within the study team.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and training requirements and support external collaborations.
