Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Executive Medical Director to define and execute the development strategy for Enfortumab vedotin in the GU area. The role reports to the VP, GDPL, Bladder Cancer, and requires leadership across cross-functional teams and external representation.

Responsibilities include global development planning, regulatory input, and oversight of clinical study design, execution, and publication, with a focus on oncology and NDA/MAA/BLA regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• Medical degree or advanced degree with relevant clinical/industry experience (typically 4+ years).
• 7+ years industry experience
• 5+ years of experience leading diverse teams
• Prior management responsibilities of medical directors or clinical scientists
• Board certified/eligible in oncology or equivalent
• Experience across multiple phases of clinical development and across drug classes in oncology
• Experience in leading NDA, BLA or MAA

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute the clinical development plan of Enfortumab vedotin.
• Accountable for clinical development strategy, trial design, execution, and results.
• Integrate regulatory, statistical and other inputs into study designs.
• Lead Global Development Team.
• Subject matter expert on clinical issues.
• Endorse development decisions before GPT and governance bodies.
• Provide oversight of medical directors and managers.
• Interface with Development Review Committee.
• Oversee protocols, amendments, investigator brochures, and study reports.
• Oversee evaluation, interpretation, reporting and publication of study data.
• Accountable for safety in clinical evaluations and decisions.
• Define dose and schedule with clinical pharmacology.
• Prepare clinical content for regulatory submissions.
• Assist meetings with health authorities and regulatory queries.
