Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Executive Medical Director to define and drive the development strategy for Enfortumab vedotin. The role reports to the Vice President of GDPL, Bladder Cancer, and requires leadership across global programs with cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate should bring extensive experience in clinical development, regulatory input, and the ability to lead diverse teams while representing programs externally.

Qualifications

• Medical degree or advanced degree with relevant clinical/industry experience (typically 4+ years).
• 7+ years industry experience
• 5+ years of experience leading diverse teams
• Prior management responsibilities of medical directors or clinical scientists

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute the clinical development plan of Enfortumab vedotin in alignment with planning.
• Accountable for clinical development strategy, trial design, execution and delivery of results.
• Integrate regulatory, statistical and stakeholder input into study designs.
• Lead the Global Development Team and serve as clinical SME on issues.
• Endorse clinical development decisions for GPT and governance bodies.
• Oversee medical directors or clinical scientists and provide mentorship.
• Interface with Development Review Committee and health authorities.
• Oversee protocol development, amendments, brochures and CSR documents.
• Oversee data interpretation, reporting and publication of study data.
• Collaborate on dose/schedule selection with clinical pharmacology.
