Qualifications

• Self-management and ability to prioritize projects.
• AI/Automation utilization experience.
• Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, Ph.D., M.D.); or MBA.
• Therapeutic area experience preferred.
• Experience with online health information technology with regulatory considerations.
• Experience working with thought leaders to translate insights into HCP education strategy.
• Strong relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• MOE Plan: develop and deploy the global MOE plan prioritizing medical education needs.
• Omnichannel tools: formulate plans for next best actions and engagements.
• Solution Design: design MOE solutions with instructional design principles.
• Content Creation: lead development of evidence-based content for channels.
• Solution Implementation: manage deployment through internal and external stakeholders.
• Measurement: define and report outcomes to improve future solutions.
• AI & Automation: apply AI to scale productivity and personalize learning.
• Internal Stakeholder Engagement: align MOE with business unit goals and foster collaboration.
• Capability Building: lead learning methods and channel preferences.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in internal competency-based programs.
