Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Omnichannel Education to lead the end-to-end MOE plan, including content creation and implementation for Global and US markets. • Demonstrated Project and Portfolio management experience in delivery, implementation, and budget management.
• Strong business problem-solving skills and accountability.
• AI/Automation utilization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOE design, content creation, and implementation of MOE solutions global and US.
• Support development of the Global MOE plan with the Senior Director.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders across Global, regional teams, Field Medical, and agencies.
• Ensure all MOE solutions adhere to Lilly’s Ethics and Compliance standards and regulatory considerations.
• Define and deploy measurement requirements and report outcomes to improve future solutions.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale productivity, personalization, and outcomes reporting.
• Coordinate training and planning activities with Field Medical strategy and operations.
• Act as MOE subject matter expert and support affiliates in planning and deploying local initiatives.
• Build MOE community and capability through best practices sharing and learning insights.
• Identify innovations and trends by engaging with the medical education community.
