Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking an Offshore Pre Assembly Technical Field Advisor in the United States. You will support pre-assembly of wind turbine projects, ensuring safety, compliance with workflow, and alignment with project requirements.

The role requires frequent travel and on-site work with contractor teams, mentoring trainees, and documenting progress. We offer a base salary of $55,000–$65,000, a bonus scheme, comprehensive benefits, and a contributory pension.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with wind turbine installation activities.
• Strong health and safety mindset and ability to work at height.
• Proficient with digital tools, communications tech and data access.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work follows defined workflow and work instructions.
• Report turbine issues per company policy.
• Maintain and drive safety procedures on site.
• Guide contractor teams on pre-assembly tasks and competencies.
• Assist troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical or system faults.
