Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks an experienced NPI Process Engineering Manager to lead global NPI teams, develop processes, and drive improvements across manufacturing. The role requires technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in high-speed connectors manufacturing.

You will oversee DFMs, design reviews, process qualification, and production transfers while mentoring a team to achieve quality, cost, and schedule

Qualifications

BS in Engineering; 12+ years in Process Engineering, Process Qualification, or NPI in electronics/connector manufacturing.
5+ years in a current Manager position; proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead global NPI teams, process development and automation, and oversee daily production processes.
Participate in design reviews, provide feedback to design engineers on components and connectors (DFM).
Collect process data, analyze and optimize assembly processes with the ME team.
Coordinate process qualification and customer samples through NPI personnel; transfer to production after completion.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues and customer complaints.
