Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking an NPI CapEx / AR Analyst to join the Cable Backplane Systems Global NPI organization in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on end-to-end capital equipment governance, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment across Global NPI, Finance, Purchasing, and manufacturing sites.

You will own global trackers, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure capital investments align with program demand, capacity, and readiness,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field.
3+ years supporting manufacturing CapEx, equipment procurement, program finance, asset tracking, or analytics.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, ERP/MRP, procurement systems, SharePoint, or project-tracking platforms preferred.
Ability to understand manufacturing capacity and connect investment needs to program readiness dates.
Travel - Approximately 10-20% domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

Own global tracking, governance, and financial visibility of NPI capital equipment, tooling, and AR/capital-request activity from start to production readiness.
Maintain a single global tracker by program/site/equipment type/supplier, including budgets and delivery status.
Link capital requests to program demand, capacity, technical requirements, and production dates.
Coordinate with Global NPI, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Purchasing and sites to reconcile requirements and timing.
Provide leadership with visibility of budget exposure, late equipment, and supplier risk.
