Job summary

CSL is seeking a Network Strategy Lead to support the Head of Network Strategy in developing CSL's long-term global manufacturing network strategy. You will translate portfolio growth, lifecycle, and demand into integrated capacity, footprint, sourcing, asset and site plans to enable supply continuity and growth.

Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Strategy, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and R&D, you will develop robust network scenarios and present recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or related sciences).
• Master or advanced degree preferred in sciences or business.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, technical operations, product operations or network strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Develops and maintains integrated network strategies and roadmaps aligned with the global manufacturing network strategy and 10-year roadmap.
• Long Term Capacity Planning: Refreshes the network strategy through the annual LTCP process and identifies constraints and strategic options.
• Network Sourcing Evaluations: Develops data-driven network sourcing scenarios and presents recommendations to senior governance.
• Site Engagement: Serves as the Network Strategy representative for designated sites and aligns proposals with portfolio priorities.
• Site Master Plans: Partners with sites to align Site Master Plans with long-term capacity, capability and sourcing requirements.
• Network Optimisation: Leads asset optimisation and evolution assessments for improved performance.
• Capital Expenditure Priority: Translates network roadmap into prioritised investment requirements and governance.
