Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group seeks a senior data center network engineer to own the IP/Ethernet fabric connecting its AI cloud across multiple US data centers. You will drive automation to express network intent as code and manage EVPN-VxLAN fabrics for scalable, policy-driven operations.

You will design and operate multi-site DCI, implement BGP/OSPF/ECMP across spine-leaf, and champion automation with Ansible, Terraform, and Nautobot/NetBox. Strong QoS and runbook-as-code mindset required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center network engineering with EVPN-VxLAN deployment.
• Strong BGP expertise (eBGP/iBGP, route policies, communities).
• Experience designing multi-site DCI with EVPN multi-homing.
• Hands-on with Arista EOS and Cisco NX-OS in spine-leaf environments.
• Experience with firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet) for perimeter security.
• Hands-on experience with IP transit provisioning and internet peering.
• Familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, Python/Netmiko, Nautobot/NetBox).
• Strong understanding of QoS, traffic engineering, and capacity planning for DC networks.
• AIOps aptitude or Runbook-as-code mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the data center network fabric connecting Bitdeer’s AI cloud across multiple US data centers.
• Design and operate multi-site DCI with EVPN multi-homing.
• Implement and maintain BGP, OSPF, and ECMP across spine-leaf architectures.
• Support IP transit, peering, and internet edge infrastructure.
• Lead network automation efforts using Ansible, Terraform, Nautobot/NetBox, and Python scripts.
• Monitor network health, capacity, and SLA adherence; maintain architecture docs and standard configurations.
