Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to own and evolve our global network. You will design, implement, and support routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and WAN infrastructure across offices and plants.

The ideal candidate will act as a generalist, capable of architecting global solutions and solving plant-floor connectivity issues, while collaborating with international teams. On-site in Jessup, MD; reports to IT Infrastructure management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications considered.
• 5–7 years in network engineering/architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on Cisco routing/switching and wireless expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain global network architecture (LAN/WAN/WLAN/Data Center).
• Lead network projects from design through testing and documentation.
• Own day-to-day network operations including monitoring, capacity planning, and patching.
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, and network segmentation.
• Lead incident response and perform root cause analysis.
