Job summary

Anchor Innovation, Inc seeks a BRM Instructor to provide full-time instructional support for MSC Bridge Resources Management training at Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek, VA and other CONUS/OCONUS locations. The role requires coordinating travel, class delivery, and collaboration with MSC and ship personnel, with an active SECRET clearance.

Instructors must bring senior MSC or Navy operations experience, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient with MS Office and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Navy/MSC or military training experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of curriculum design, development and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and delivery of MSC Bridge Resources Management training; assist with scheduling and course delivery.
• Deliver MSC courses of instruction and coordinate with ship crews for travel to ships worldwide.
• Maintain required SECRET clearance and ensure compliance with security requirements.
