Job summary

PayPal in San Jose, CA is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to lead strategic guidance on mobility and immigration. You will analyze data, plan policy updates, manage international assignments, and coordinate with HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Finance.

You will build partnerships with vendors, drive cost projections, ensure compliance, and stay current with global mobility trends to provide compliant, scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant experience as a Global Mobility Manager for a large company and mobility tax experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting on complex mobility issues and counsel relocating employees.
• Support program requirements: cost projections, policy consultation/administration, assignment documentation, and international immigration support; vendor management; intercompany chargebacks and invoicing.
