You will oversee a high-performing team, optimize workflows, and act as a trusted advisor in a dynamic, globally connected environment. A CPA/EA and advanced degrees are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in global mobility/expatriate tax or international assignment services.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. federal/state rules, international tax treaties, and totalization agreements.
• Proven experience reviewing returns, equalization, gross‑ups, and mobility cost projections.
• Strong program/project management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance skills.
• CPAs or EAs are strongly preferred as credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage global mobility project work from equity reporting to CoC administration.
• Review and sign U.S. tax returns for HNW individuals and expatriates for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expatriate tax advisory including planning, gross-ups, estimates, and cost projections.
• Represent clients before tax authorities and respond to notices or audits.
• Educate stakeholders with trainings on taxation of foreign nationals and treaty provisions.
• Advise on relocation policies and tax-efficient approaches using treaties.
