Job summary

Kinetic Pressure Control is seeking a Global Mobility & Mobilization Coordinator to oversee worldwide deployment of field service technicians, engineers, and operations personnel to domestic and international sites. This role directs workforce planning, travel logistics, immigration paperwork, and offshore compliance to ensure safe, compliant, and timely mobilizations.

You will interface with Operations, Engineering, HR, Project Management, and customers to guarantee readiness and on-schedule

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent combination of education and offshore operations experience.
  • 5+ years in offshore operations, field service coordination, global mobility, logistics, or personnel deployment.
  • Experience coordinating international and offshore travel and visas.
  • Experience supporting oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, or industrial field operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deployment of Field Service Technicians, engineers, and operational personnel to domestic and international locations.
  • Manage workforce availability, rotation schedules, and forecasting with Operations and Project Management.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, vehicles, and other transportation.
  • Coordinate international travel documentation: passports, visas, invitation letters, work permits, and customs docs.
  • Maintain offshore compliance records (BOSIET, HUET, TWIC, medical certifications, etc.) and renewals.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for mobilization logistics with customers and vendors.
  • Support project kickoff, mobilization scheduling, and demobilization planning.
  • Prepare regular reports on mobilization KPIs for Operations leadership.

SUMMARY:

TheGlobal Mobility & Mobilization Coordinator is responsible forcoordinating the worldwide deployment of Kinetic's Field Service Technicians,engineers, and operational personnel to domestic and international customerlocations. This role manages all aspects of personnel mobilization, includingworkforce scheduling, travel logistics, immigration documentation, offshorecertification compliance, customer onboarding, and deployment readiness.

The position serves as the central coordinationpoint between Operations, Engineering, Human Resources, Project Management,customers, and third-party vendors to ensure personnel and equipment arrivesafely, compliantly, and on schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Workforce Planning & Resource Coordination
  • Coordinate the deployment ofField Service Technicians, engineers, and operational personnel.
  • Maintain personnelavailability and rotation schedules.
  • Assign personnel based oncertifications, competencies, project requirements, and customerqualifications.
  • Forecast staffingrequirements with Operations and Project Management.
  • Monitor technicianutilization and availability.
Mobilization & Travel Coordination
  • Coordinate domestic andinternational travel arrangements.
  • Arrange flights, hotels,rental vehicles, helicopters, vessels, and other transportation.
  • Develop and distributemobilization packages.
  • Coordinate last-minute travelchanges and emergency mobilizations.
  • Ensure personnel receiveproject documentation and travel instructions before departure.
  • Coordinate shipment of tools,equipment, and project materials when required.
Global Mobility & Immigration
  • Coordinate internationaltravel documentation, including passports, visas, invitation letters,work permits, and customs documentation.
  • Work with immigrationcounsel, travel providers, and international customers to facilitatelegal entry into foreign countries.
  • Maintain employee traveldocumentation and expiration records.
  • Assist with internationalassignment logistics and relocations when required.
  • Monitor country-specifictravel and immigration requirements.
  • Ensure compliance withcompany travel policies and applicable immigration regulations.
Offshore Compliance

Maintainpersonnel compliance records for:

  • BOSIET
  • HUET
  • TWIC
  • SafeGulf
  • Medical certifications
  • Drug testing
  • Customer-specific training
  • Offshore survivalcertifications
  • Vaccinations and travelhealth requirements

Monitorcertification expiration dates and coordinate renewals before mobilization.

Customer Coordination
  • Receive customer mobilizationrequests.
  • Coordinate personneldeployment schedules.
  • Submit required customeronboarding documentation.
  • Communicate travelitineraries and deployment status.
  • Serve as the primary point ofcontact for mobilization logistics.
  • Support customer auditsrelated to personnel qualifications and mobilization.
Project Support
  • Participate in projectkickoff meetings.
  • Coordinate mobilizationschedules with Project Managers.
  • Ensure personnel andequipment are available before project execution.
  • Track personnel mobilizationstatus throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support demobilizationplanning upon project completion.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintainrecords including:

  • Personnel deploymentschedules
  • Travel costs
  • Visa status
  • Passport expiration dates
  • Certification expirationreports
  • Technician utilization
  • Offshore days
  • Customer qualificationmatrices
  • Mobilization KPIs

Prepareregular reports for Operations leadership.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor\'s degree in BusinessAdministration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, HumanResources, or a related field.
