Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an HR Analyst in Arlington, VA to support the US Global Mobility and Domestic Relocation team.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate transfer data, file setup, and vendor processing while maintaining confidentiality and high levels of organization. The analyst will assist with international transfers, audits, and payroll-related documentation, contributing to efficient mobility operations and data integrity across databases.

Qualifications

• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience with SAP HR is preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day transactions such as setting up employee files and initiating vendor services.
• Enter international transfer information into various databases accurately.
• Assist team members with questions related to international transfers and vendors.
• Participate in internal audits and escalate issues when necessary.
• Calculate, prepare, and process payroll documentation including loans and W4s.
