Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and moderate experience in HR, payroll, immigration, and/or business traveler compliance.
• Experience in a multinational environment navigating matrixed organizations.
• Experience working with external vendors such as immigration counsel, tax providers, and relocation partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to guide and escalate when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality advisory support to internal stakeholders on cross-border HR matters.
• Advise HR, managers, and stakeholders on relocation framework and business traveler policies (e.g. TRIP).
• Manage day-to-day mobility cases for expatriate and local-to-local employees; respond to queries and escalations.
• Support deferred compensation and year-end mobility processes with HR Reward teams.
• Collaborate with tax, payroll, and reward teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance for business travelers.
