Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a data science professional to drive ML/AI initiatives across global functions. You will translate business requirements into scalable models, wrangle large datasets, and deliver actionable insights through reports and visualizations.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in statistical modeling, production deployment, and strong communication skills to present complex results to diverse audiences. Enterprise data platforms and CI/CD familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field; Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience gathering, interpreting and translating business requirements.
• Proficient experience with Python, R, and SQL.
• Understand data structures and common data transformation methods.
• Experience wrangling large-scale data with relational DBs and/or Spark.
• 4+ years applying statistical, modeling and optimization techniques; production deployment.
• Strong aptitude for learning new data science technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with version control platforms like GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Translate requirements and develop ML/AI algorithms for insights across Marketing, Finance, Innovation and Supply Chain.
• Leverage large structured and unstructured data for modeling and insights.
• Visualize and interpret data, create reports and actionable insights.
• Communicate complex analytics to executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with ML OPS to scale ML/AI use-cases and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and library of data science solutions.
• Leverage CI/CD to automate deployments and improve repeatability.
• Stay updated on data science trends and technologies.
