Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks an experienced Mining Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Specialist to support the USTDA Global Critical Minerals Project Scoping Services. You will conduct ESIA studies, stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with international project exposure preferred. This is a full-time opportunity servicing global clients and is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with international project experience preferred.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in critical minerals, mining infrastructure, Africa, Latin America, or Indo-Pacific assignments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and analysis.
  • Support project scoping, assessments and reporting.
  • Contribute to stakeholder consultations and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices.
  • Support proposal and project delivery activities.
