Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks an experienced Mining Engineer to support the USTDA Global Critical Minerals Project Scoping Services. You will lead mine planning, operations review, resource evaluation, feasibility assessments, and critical minerals projects.

This position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated two-year performance period; U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status may be required to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; 10+ years of international project experience preferred.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills are required.
  • Experience in critical minerals, mining infrastructure, or related regions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and analysis
  • Support project scoping, assessments and reporting
  • Contribute to stakeholder consultations and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices
  • Support proposal and project delivery activities
