Responsibilities

• Providing support and advice to strategic IT teams regarding Middleware products.
• Administering and supporting Middleware Messaging environments.
• Testing and upgrading Middleware environments in the US.
• Providing FTS support for Middleware globally.
• Installing and configuring middleware messaging software like Solace, MQ, EMS, RV, NDM, and MFT.
• Maintaining the middleware environment, including patching and upgrades.
• Identifying and resolving middleware-related issues.
• Implementing and maintaining security policies and best practices.
• Monitoring performance of middleware infrastructure.
• Creating documentation related to middleware configuration.
• Working with various teams for seamless integration of applications.
• Planning for future needs of the middleware infrastructure.
• Ensuring compliance with security standards.

Skills

Strong understanding of messaging technologies like Solace, MQ, TIBCO, NDM and MFT

Ability to communicate technical information effectively

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Strong written and verbal communication

Good teamwork skills

Experience with Service request and ticketing tracking tools (Jira)

Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments

Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
