Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the metals & mining strategy for the Americas in coordination with the global sector head.
• Expand the client portfolio with top mining companies and new relationships.
• Provide market knowledge on trends, investments, and ESG considerations.
• Originate high-value advisory and financing transactions (M&A, debt/equity, structured finance).
• Collaborate with regional/global teams across banking, risk, legal, and compliance.
