True Classic is hiring a Media Buyer (Meta) to lead profitable global scaling across our Meta advertising account. In this role you will manage budgets, structure and optimize full‑funnel campaigns, build a disciplined testing engine, and partner closely with Creative and Growth to drive incremental revenue while maintaining strict profitability targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Meta buying experience for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Proven ability to scale budgets while maintaining profitability and efficiency targets.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy across acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
• Experience designing structured tests and translating learnings into scalable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own True Classic’s global Meta ad account across prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
• Scale spend responsibly while protecting contribution margin, MER, NC-ROAS, and POAS targets.
• Maintain a clean, scalable account structure that supports testing, learning, and stable performance.
• Develop a testing roadmap with structured hypotheses, test design, and actionable readouts.
