Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent years of work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
• 2–4 years of lead experience.
• Accomplished communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring steering meetings: organize, schedule, present, host, capture actions and follow up.
• MES Operations Support Management: manage operations support for controls and electrical systems and meet MES SLAs.
• Manage a team of 5–10 direct reports with goal planning, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Ensure SOX controls for software and MES-ERP tracking are followed.
• Uphold safety and environmental procedures and promote innovation.
