Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Change Management Engineer to coordinate MES applications across global sites.

You will develop and run business processes and procedures in collaboration with Global Process Control, Traveler Control, Information System, area engineering, and production to align, optimize and troubleshoot system setups. The role requires strong communication, project coordination, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive and assist with projects related to various Micron Execution System (MES) applications.
• Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control.
• As the application owner, provide training, feedback, and solutions for fixing issues to the team.
• Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades.
• Coordinate the business processes and QMS components, ensuring efficiency, adherence to requirements, and successful delivery of intended outputs.
• Promote internal and external customer focus throughout the organization.
• Maintain the integrity of the QMS/business process during planned changes, ensuring customer requirements are met.
