Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Buying & Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in buying, merchandising, or fashion retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; solid understanding of retail math.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of purchase orders and style setup; maintain product data.
• Analyze market trends, inventory levels, product performance, and Open-to-Buy to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare materials for product meetings and assortment reviews; maintain planning tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Allocation, Product, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and other teams.
• Support international and franchise partners to gather business information and execute merchandising strategies.
